Deulonder opens its space at Casa Decor Madrid
A new edition of Casa Decor has opened its doors this week and Deulonder presents a British-inspired kitchen-office
Deulonder does not miss his appointment with one of the most important events in terms of decoration and interior design: Casa Decor Madrid. This year, the team formed by Chone de la Sotilla and Lluïsa Deulonder has presented a British-inspired kitchen-office, located on the second floor, space number 30.
The room has a total of 30m2 and is divided into three areas: an entrance hall with a coat rack; an office dominated by a dining table, with a crockery cabinet and the practical breakfast buffet and, finally, the fully equipped kitchen area with the latest appliances. The zoning has been done with white glass partitions.
To create a pleasant atmosphere, a range of greens has been used, combined with a raw tone in contrast to the brass. The interior designers have also introduced a delicate wallpaper that covers the office area while harmonizing with the kitchen furniture of the same color. The result is an atmosphere that enhances the feeling of comfort and neatness.

Regarding the materials, the novelty this year is that the kitchen furniture is made of hand-painted solid wood and handcrafted in the Deulonder workshops. The interiors are also in varnished oak wood. The flooring is ceramic parquet, very easy to clean and practical, while the Macael marble countertops are supplied by Consentino.
Essential accessories, such as the handles and decorative brass bars, are «Made in London». Other decorative elements, wall lights and lamps, also come from the United Kingdom.
First impressions have been very positive, and the Deulonder space is being one of the focuses of attention for visitors to this edition, which will be open until May 28 at 92 Serrano Street. For more information, click here.
