HOW TO REQUEST A PROJECT

1. FIRST DRAFT
If you are interested in a Deulonder project, you can arrange an interview with the decorator at our exhibition or via the internet. To speed up the design process, it is recommended to provide a plan with measurements and photos of the space, as well as a selection of photos with your preferences.
The preliminary project consists of:
- Study and distribution of space with photos to propose ideas.
- Indicative budgets
Kitchen preliminary project cost: €500
Preliminary project cost for ironing room or pantry room: €300
Cost of taking measurements and drawing up a plan: €300
If the project is carried out, these costs are deductible from the final invoice.
2. PROJECT
If the proposal deserves your approval, we will move forward towards the final project. To do this, you must make a fund forecast of 10% of the estimated value as the cost of the project. If the project is not carried out, this amount is not refundable.
The proyect consists in:
- Site visit and taking measurements
- Distribution plan and elevations
- Furniture interior proposal with photos
- Installation, plumbing and electrical plans
- Material and color proposals
- Lighting proposal
- Detailed quotes
- Making two renders*
In this section, all possible options will be studied until they deserve final approval.
*If more renders are requested, they will be made according to rates.
3. AGREEMENT SIGNATURE
In this budget we will attach the definitive bounded plans and a detailed list of all the materials and services contracted, in addition to the conditions of sale and delivery times. Once the budget is accepted and signed, we will take care of the complete implementation of the project.
