Lemon Cake recipe elaborated with the nicest “menage”

One of the products selected for Deulonder Store -especially considering repostería- lovers are a set of three bowls of modern and fun design . The peculiarity is that incorporating a metal part to comfortably break the eggs , and a small pot to separate the yolk from the white . In addition , we will also use one of the molds also available with a practical system of removable handle prevents burns.
To make this easy recipe we need:
- 3 eggs
- 230 gr. of sugar
- 200 gr. of butter
- 2dl. of milk
- 350 gr. of flower
- 1 lemon
- 1 envelope of yeast
For the glaze:
- 200 gr sugar glass
- 2 big spoons of lemon juice
- 1 o 2 spoons of water
First we light the oven so that it warms up ( 180 ) and proceed to mix the butter with the sugar. Add egg yolks, scraping and lemon juice and mix in the biggest bowl of the collection. This latest is ideal for breaking eggs because it has a metal part especially designed for it.
Mix yeast with flour and add the result to the mass. If you will be very thick , we would add two or three tablespoons of milk.
Finally we incorporate clear that we have previously mounted stiff.
We will put the dough in the oven for about 45 minutes.
For the glaze mix the icing sugar with lemon and water and work . Then we dwell on the cake but when already cold . The layer must be dry i white . It is ideal to accompany light afternoon tea cake.
