The latest trends from London and Paris

Deulonder Arquitectura Doméstica connects with the circuit of international novelties in terms of decoration and interior design

Always restless and attentive to the latest trends in decoration and interior design, Chone de la Sotilla and Lluïsa Deulonder did not want to miss one of today’s most important European fairs, the Maison&Object in Paris, which was held in the month of March in the French capital. Previously, the two interior designers have also traveled to London in search of inspiration, to catch up on the latest decorative and design developments. The objective of these trips to European capitals is to be able to offer the best to Deulonder’s clients, both in kitchen design and in interior design.

In London, Chone de la Sotilla and Lluïsa Deulonder have especially appreciated the latest trends in furniture design, which follow an old-fashioned look with romantic airs of the English countryside -open hinges, wood-lined interiors, etc.- but incorporating the new technologies, with hidden guides, for example. Other aspects that have caught his attention are the novelties concerning the range of colors with a British air, that is, pastel shades, from the Farrow and Ball brand, the upholstery or the handles. In addition, they have been surprised by the new models of American taps, very elegant and sophisticated.

After visiting London, the two interior designers traveled to Paris with the Euromed to visit the prestigious Maison&Object decoration fair. This fair with a long history is an essential event to catch up on the latest developments in interior design, furniture, lighting, upholstery, etc.

It is already known that Paris by itself is already a festival. It always offers an excellent opportunity to be dazzled by the «boutiques» of macarons and other «delicatessen» such as mustards.
