Succulent Novelties From Maison & Object Paris
Once again the two interior designers from Deulonder, Luïsa Deulonder and Chone de la Sotilla travelled to París (at high speed) to visit Maison & Objet, an International trade fair dedicated to lifestyle fashions and trends that took place between the 24th and 28th of January.
This trade fair is a fountain of inspiration to create new spaces and provide us with a comprehensive overview of the international excellence and innovation in kitchens. Currently, contemporary trends are following Belgium styles, characterised by creating a deep patina on a wood base, basically stripped oak, which gives that warm welcome to any room. Cookware utensils, pan sets, tuppers, tea towels and accessories… the very best to dress a kitchen can be found here at this key meeting place for recognised exhibitor quality and professional design. Among the new features is a set of pans that include a separate panhandle combining a wide range of colours. The pieces take up little space and are easy to tidy away in a drawer or knife holder. Their attention was also drawn to a series of wood and wicker chairs, soon available at the Muntaner boutique.
Some of the jewels in the crown of the Maison & Objet International trade fair can soon be found at the online store of Deulonder. The Paris trip was also an excellent opportunity to close negotiations with the prestigious company “La Cornue”, culinary architecture for kitchens and Deulonder is distributor for their products.
