The Àpat fair reveals the best local food for your kicthen

The Àpat fair makes us discover the best foods for your kitchen produced in Catalonia the first weekend of October

At Deulonder we like to keep up to date with the highest quality food production in our country. That is why we recommend a visit to the Àpat fair that takes place this first weekend in October, at the Cúpula Events of the Las Arenas Shopping Center in Barcelona.

Saturday, Sunday and Monday, several producers will exhibit their Catalan products of proximity. Almost all sectors are represented between meats, preserves, wines and cavas, other alcoholic beverages, mineral waters and non-alcoholic beverages, canned fish, oils and vinegars, dairy products, sausages and fruits and vegetables.

A section is also dedicated to sweets, prepared foods, spices and condiments, and bakery and pasta products. In short, everything essential in any kitchen to prepare the best recipes.
During the days of the fair, a series of activities have been organized, including recipe book presentations, varied cooking courses and talks around the world of cooking. Ada Parellada, Kenso Sake, the Michelin star Vicent Guimerà are some of the chefs that will go through the fourth edition of Feria Àpat. Among the proposals, Deulonder has called our attention the Soup Masterclass, La Soperí, with Naiara Núñez (Monday 8th at 12h) or lunch with autumn colors with a photographic ending by Vanessa Lostal (Monday at 18h).
In the previous edition, 9,000 attendees visited the fair and presented their products with 100 brands. 90% was professional public, but the event is also open to the general public. The organization offers free tickets for Friday and Sunday on the web http://fira-apat.cat/entrades-gratuites-fira-apat/

They can also be purchased at a price of between 5 and 10 euros.
