Cookbooks, television programs, campaigns for a healthy eating … Jamie Oliver is a phenomenon in the UK where cooking now passes through his hands. In London, in the chic neighborhood of Notting Hill , has opened a store restaurant: the Recipease. We suggest a visit to this culinary universe of Jamie .

The style of Jammie Oliver, certainly the best known chef in England, is based on the explosive mix of Italian and Asian cuisine. Especially for the use of spices and aromatic herbs, which he uses as a magician. The protagonist? Chili. No wonder then that in the store that opened in London he sells a range of products of this type, as well as an assortment of candy colors and textures. He also have the finest Italian pasta, wine, mustard,  elaborated black truffle ( sublime! ), Jams, chocolates … the list goes on!

In a bar they prepare some of the recipes Oliver, you can eat in the same space, in the dining room on the top floor. From a classic chicken Tika Masala, to a Fish Pie ( fish pie ) or a Megamozzarella Meatballs ( Meatballs with mozzarella), all prepared in situ. In the central part there is a Deli, where you can enjoy everything from homemade sandwiches, soups of the day,  salads and all at a fairly reasonable price.

In Recipease you can not only eat, but also buy all kinds of breads and sweets of all colors and sizes.

At the same place they offer cooking classes for both adults and children, and events for corporate and private clients are organized. The classes are varied and include different types of cuisine, Japanese, Indian, Italian … you can choose from dozens of classes at 50-60 pounds per person.

They could not miss, in Jamie ‘s store, a shelf with extensive bibliography of cookbooks: fourteen different titles, but so far none are translated in our country.
