Winter color symphony
Deulonder proposes a tasty and colorful winter recipe, a degreasing and healthy salad designed by Chone de la Sotilla
Chone de la Sotilla, founding interior designer of Deulonder, is a skilled and experienced cook. Facing the cold that has come suddenly, we propose an original and easy to prepare salad to surprise our guests on a day of celebration.
Here are the ingredients for 4 people:
1 bag of fresh spinach.
500gr. of fine bean.
12 prawns
3 red tomatoes
200 gr. Smoked salmon
50 gr. Roasted pine nuts
Toasted bread croutons.
For the vinaigrette:
Oil
Old-fashioned mustard
Vinegar
Salt pepper.
First you have to fry the spinach leaves in the pan, leave them al dente. Then we will boil the beans and we will pass them through cold water at the end of cooking to enhance the green. Peel the tomatoes and remove the seeds. Then we will cut them into small dice. We will cut the salmon into strips. We will pass the prawns already peeled by the pan. Once they are done, prepare the vinaigrette by mixing the ingredients in a glass pot.
Regarding the presentation: we will put the spinach in the center of the dish and then the green beans. We will arrange the tomato cubes, the roasted pine nuts, the bread croutons and 3 prawns per commensal. Dress before serving the dish with the vinaigrette.
Bon Appetite!
