A comprehensive space for washing, ironing and storing household items and cleaning products
In this room, designed to centralize laundry and ironing in a single space, we have the washing machine, dryer, sink, and drying area. The room, just 2.4 meters wide, features a sequential layout that allows for a comfortable and ergonomic cleaning cycle. To maximize space, the retractable doors, which fold away to the sides when open, are particularly practical. These doors are also ventilated because the cabinet includes a drying rack for hand-washed clothes.
In the center, we've placed a large table on wheels for comfortably ironing tablecloths and sheets. The powerful, long light above the iron is also designed to illuminate this workspace well.
The piece of furniture has drawers for storing, for example, a sewing kit, and at the bottom there are wicker trays with clothes to be ironed.
The open cupboard on the left is a support piece of furniture for hanging shirts while ironing. There are also baskets for putting clothes in once they’ve been ironed.
The cleaning cupboard includes a drying rack with a drain at the bottom. The trolley under the sink is ideal for storing dirty laundry. Above, several shelves keep cleaning supplies within easy reach.
A laundry cart with trays is perfect for storing ironed clothes at different levels and is especially practical for distributing laundry throughout the rooms. As a nice touch, the bottom wire tray is ideal for cleaning or mending shoes.
On the left side, display cabinets have been installed to store various cleaning supplies and equipment. All the cabinets are illuminated with external wall lights.
The linen closet is very practical because the linens hang up and don't wrinkle. They are also easily accessible for use. The doors, in this case, are glass-fronted.
At the back, a cleaning cupboard with ventilated doors has been installed, matching the panel on the right, which contains the washing machine and dryer, as well as the laundry room and clothesline.
Inside, you'll find the Deulonder classic cleaning trolley, which makes transporting all the cleaning supplies easy. The ladder is also stored here, and there's a drain for emptying the dirty water. Open shelves above provide storage for cleaning products.
